Foodie Friday–Creole Brunch!

Happy Friday, GLNers!  Who knew that brunch downtown D.C. could be so delightful?  A recent visit to Acadiana (901 New York Avenue N.W.) exceeded my expectations.  The scrumptious creole/cajun food had an unexpected twist.  For example, butter-jelly spread that came with the bread included creole seasoning–yummy!  The place is huge so there was no wait even with a last minute reservation.  Outdoor sitting in a shade was an awesome bonus.
