Bailey received her B.A. in Global Studies and Religious Studies at Missouri State University, where she received the Religious Studies Memorial Award for Academic Excellence and served as President of the Religious Studies Club. She also studied at the Université de Savoie in Chambéry, France during the spring semester of 2014. There, she learned to effectively communicate in the French language and interacted with other students from five continents and over a dozen countries.
Bailey’s prior work experience includes managing a start-up coffee shop, hosting her own radio show for a Missouri NPR affiliate, and being an office manager for a school of music and art.
In her spare time, Bailey loves traveling, drinking lots of coffee, writing, and learning more about the world. She also volunteers as a Wildlife Transport Volunteer and gets to relocate all kinds of interesting / adorable critters.
