Joshua Levkowitz hails from New Orleans, Louisiana. He spent the last year in Washington D.C. completing his Masters degree at Johns Hopkins University-SAIS. Joshua focuses on conflict mitigation in the Middle East and North Africa. He is interested in in deepening his Arabic language skills so that he may work on community resilience programs in the region.
Joshua is learning Arabic with GLN to further engage with the Greater Washington area’s Sudanese community.
