I am originally from Brazil but I have been living abroad in a few different countries for a while now. Whenever I watch Brazilian movies with foreign friends I always feel like they miss out so much because they don’t understand the dialogues in Portuguese. Even when the subtitles are good, it’s impossible to understand certain nuances if you don’t speak the language. My goal of teaching Portuguese with GLN is to help you all learn an important language but also give you a feeling of the Brazilian culture.
