Jephte Jean Charles

Jephte was nominated student of the month by the foreign language department of Bethesda Chevy Chase High School in November 2007. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in latin american and italian studies, a certificate of art and sciences from the University of Montreal, as well as an administrative intern certificate for honorable and dedicated work awarded by the Inter-American Defense College. He speaks creole, french, spanish, english and italian. He has lived and travelled in Dominican Republic, Canada, Belgium and France. He is a former member of the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Washington DC, and a small entrepreneur who owns marketing, transcription, translation and tutoring services in Silver Spring MD.
