Kadidia Viviane Doumbia has a BS degree from Regents College (now Excelsior College), NY and obtained a graduate degree in Business Administration from the School of Business Executives of the Ivory Coast. Ms. Doumbia has been teaching French for more than 20 years. She was one of the 100 women chosen for the “Go, Tell Michelle” book project that won the 2009 Letitia Woods Brown Memorial book Award by the Association of Black Women Historians. She has been a reviewer for the International Baccalaureate since 2011. She is also a 2011 awardee of the Claes Nobel Educator of Distinction Award and a 2012 recipient of the Language Matters Award of the American Association of Teachers of French.
