Lajja Desai

Namaste everyone! I will be teaching the Indian languages of Hindi and Gujarati. 

I was born and raised in the United States, but am fortunate to have strong cultural ties to my parents’ home country and gain the valuable skills and perspectives of both worlds. Not only am I eager to share these languages and experiences with you, but also am quite excited to hear about everyone choosing to take this leap! 

I am currently a student at The American University in Washington D.C. and am pursuing a degree in International Studies with a minor in International Business. Thank you!
