Sophia Rodriguez

I was born in Galveston, Texas, but my family is from Puerto Rico. As a first-generation Puerto Rican, I have grown up with the strong influence of the Hispanic culture surrounding me. I am currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in International Studies/Relations in the hope of becoming a Foreign Service Officer one day. I am incredibly thankful to have discovered the Global Language Network, an organization that values languages and international understanding just as much as I do. I am excited to work with students to enhance their knowledge of the Spanish Language and Culture.
