Happy Friday. It’s hot, so make some mango lassi. You’ll find plenty of recipes on the internet, but don’t worry about it. You’d have to try very hard to mess up this simple and delicious Indian treat. All you need is:
A cup of mango pulp
A cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk
As much sugar as you want (to taste)
Fun add-ons: mint, cardamom, bit of citrus
Put this in a blender with some ice, which will help you control your lassi’s thickness.
And that’s it, you’re done! Now grab some straws and sip for hours in the sun like my family does in India.
