GLN & Friends In The Kitchen – THIÉBOUDIENNE FOR DINNER!

I think the pictures will probably speak a lot louder than my words, but I  had an amazing time with my good friend Regine preparing Thieboudinne this past weekend.   I saw the recipe on one of the GLN’s Foodie Friday Posts and sent the recipe to her with caption “we have to try this!” and without any delay a “let’s do it!” was replied!

The whole process took about 4 hours (we started at 3:30PM, finished around 7:00PM) but everything turned out REALLY delicious and we had a great time talking and laughing the hours away!

Check out the gallery, we snapped a few photos while we were cooking!

    Thieboudinne…
That sounds great. What language does this come from…. curious? or which country would they make a lot of “Thieboudinne.”
