Ana Cárdenas

Hola, my name is Ana. I am from Bogotá, Colombia and currently live in Virginia. I like to learn at least a word in different languages so every time I meet someone that speaks that language, I can connect with them by saying the word/sentence that I have learned. You can connect with people on another level when you use their mother tongue.

As a teacher with GLN, I am most excited to get to know my students and create nice memories together. My favorite word in Spanish is “Abuela” because it means grandmother and I love and miss my grandmother.
