Class:2015 / Fellow

I am Hungarian and American. I have spoken Hungarian in the home ever since forming my first words, although I was born and raised in Washington State. I have conducted research and performed translation, and I’m looking forward to sharing Hungarian language and culture with others as a GLN fellow.

The Hungarian language is filled with evocative sounding words and visually engaging images. Hungarian music is lively, the stews are hearty, and the pastries are rich. What’s not to like?
