Maria Ximena Moreno

 I am from Bogota, Colombia. I am an educator and have had the opportunity of working in different school settings and diverse learning environments, especially with young students. My career has developed in international independent schools in the United States, South America, and Asia where I have enjoyed many happy years as an educator. 

Aside from my professional responsibilities, I have raised two daughters in a bilingual household. This has been a fulfilling experience and one that has reinforced my view that learning other languages should no longer be an option for some, but an opportunity for all. I am looking forward to being part of GLN’s Spanish Language Program.
