Sanghyun “Sam” Seong

Hello, my name is Sanghyun Seong, and I like to go by the nickname “Sam.” My city and country of origin are Seoul, South Korea. I am currently enrolled at Boston University and live in Boston, Massachusetts. Something interesting about me is that I enjoy long-distance walking; I walk from Fenway to Cambridge, Newbury to Harvard University, and Commonwealth to Boston Harbor. Through the GLN experience, I am looking forward to improving my communication skills, critical thinking, creativity, and engagement with different people. I will also enjoy the opportunity to teach my native language. My favorite word in the language would be “미소(mi-so)”; this word means “to smile.”
