I was born in Lubumbashi, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and work as a translator and interpreter. I hold a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Lubumbashi and a master’s degree with a specialization in international law from the National Pedagogical University (UPN) in Kinshasa.
In 2018, I started my linguistic career as a translator and interpreter in French, English, and Swahili Congo and founded a platform called TRANSLAWORD (https://translaword.com) where linguists from different backgrounds meet and exchange while providing translation and interpretation services. I also continue to work with many international organizations and universities.
I am a polyglot and passionate about languages. I speak fluent French, English, Spanish, Congolese Swahili, Lingala, and am currently studying German and improving other languages such as Italian and Portuguese. I always dreamed of traveling the world and have visited four continents, 12 countries, and nearly 50 cities in the last 10 years.
