Katie is a native of Pennsylvania, located outside of the suburbs of Philadelphia. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s of English at the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. As an English major with a history of learning French and Chinese, she is passionate about GLN’s mission, language acquisition and analysis, and communication. Working with GLN has been an opportunity for her to aid others in cross-cultural communication while engaging with pedagogy. She is eager to engage with new languages and cultures through her leadership fellowship.
