Word-of-the-Week Wednesday!

Happy Wednesday, GLNers! And welcome to another edition of Word-of-the-Week Wednesday!

Last week’s word was sommartiden, which is Swedish for summer time. And coincidentally, this week it is quite summery out, if I do say so myself! Maybe the Word of the Week magically dictates the future? (Probably not, but if so–you’re welcome!)

With that hope in mind, this week’s word is misk’i, which means “sweet” in Quechua.

(Sugar cube glamor shot...too literal?)

Here’s hoping you have a misk’i week!

(Is there a word in a foreign language that you just love? That you can’t get enough of, could say over and over, or you just like its meaning? Share it with us in a comment or email!)
