Foodie Friday!

You’ve made it to Friday! And today we’d like to share a delicious Thai dish with you: Papaya Salad, or Som Tam in Thai. I discovered this dish while traveling Southeast Asia and staying on the Thai island of Koh Phangan. It’s fresh, spicy, savory, and all-around amazing!

I have to give credit here to Chef Tummy, with whom I took a cooking class while on Koh Phangan. It was at that cooking class that I discovered this amazing salad, and even learned how to make it! If you’re ever on Koh Phangan, I suggest you check it out!

    Wow It looks great. You made me homesick. Miss Thailand. In Thailand we add “Kanom Jean” on it. Have you ever put angel hair spagetti on somtum? It’s good though.
